03 — FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED

What are your minimums?

None. One custom piece or a hundred — we'll work with you. Larger orders for businesses, churches and teams get better per-piece pricing.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Most custom orders ship within 7–10 days once your artwork is approved. Larger or more detailed jobs can take longer, and we'll tell you up front.

What files do you need from me?

A high-resolution PNG or a vector file of your logo or artwork works best. If you don't have artwork yet, that's fine — we can build it with you.

Can you design it for me?

Yes. Design is how GGP started. Tell us the idea, the occasion and the vibe, and we'll draw up the concept before anything gets printed or engraved.

Do you take rush orders?

Tell us your deadline when you request your quote and we'll do everything we can to fit it into our schedule.
